-Will I see my order being packed on TikTok? Due to recent rapid growth in orders, I cannot continue to pack all orders to TikTok.
As of February 11th, 2023, there will be a fee for packing your order for TikTok.
Packing and editing videos is very time consuming, so it has become impossible to do every order.
These have limited availability per month.
You may receive your order before the video is posted to TikTok.

-Where do we ship to? USA shipping only. I do not plan on adding international shipping at this time.
-How long does it take to receive my package or see my TikTok video? Due to a recent growth in orders, processing time for orders is 15-25 business days, not including shipping time or posting a video.

-Can I ask to EXCLUDE certain items? Yes. Please leave a note at checkout if you want to exclude certain items. As of April 1st, 2023, there is a limit of (3) items that can be excluded/replaced. If those items pop up in your scoops, I will redraw the capsule/bead. The exception is for allergies/diabetes. If you need to exclude all masks or all food items, you may group those into one and ask to exclude them.
If possible, I ask that you do not ask to exclude items from the Spa Package, the Mommy & Me package, or the Big One, as these are set packages. Please email me if you have any questions about this at [email protected]
-Can I ask to INCLUDE certain items? No. It isn't up to me what you get. It is up to the scoops.
You can, however, ask for specific color themes for the items that you get. I will try my best to follow these requests if I have that item in stock in your desired color.
